Responsibilities
- Support commercial sales team with order management
- Maintain documentation requirements
- Receive and process Purchase Orders
- Track orders and update customers if there are any delays
- Auxiliary with order expediture requests
- Auxiliary with metric tracking
- Auxiliary with the sales and inventory departments as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree and/or 3 years related experience in sales and customer service
- Previous Administrative Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Computer proficiency - Word, Excel, Power Point, AS4000 Environment, BI Server
- Communication, organizational, and time management skills
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is required due to ITAR and EAR regulations.
