About the role

The Food Runner creates exceptional experiences for guests by providing warm, energetic, and professional service that embodies the Company’s brand standards and core values: Kindness, Engagement, Empathy, and Positivity (K.E.E.P.).

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional image and working relationships.
• Delivers food items to guests quickly and accurately.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas.
• Demonstrates strong product knowledge.
• Respects guest right of way.
• Ensures complete food order delivery.
• Notifies manager of unhappy guests.
• Performs assigned sidework duties.
• Assists managers and chefs as directed.

Qualifications

• Able to stand during 6-8 hour shifts.
• May assist service staff during peak periods.
• Able to manage unsatisfactory guest experiences.
• Lifts 50-pound trays and may carry them upstairs.
• Able to hear guest orders and requests amidst loud background noise.
• Fluent in English.

Pay

USD $12.00 per hour (tipped position).
