About The Role

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and solve advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance that challenge and sharpen AI reasoning
- Apply your research expertise to craft complex problem statements that expose the limits of current AI models and drive measurable improvement
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for academic rigor, logical soundness, and domain accuracy
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to refine model performance across a range of technical fields
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of clarity, depth, and intellectual integrity
Who You Are
- Holder of a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university
- Strong track record in research — publications, complex project leadership, or advanced technical problem-solving
- Exceptionally clear written and verbal communicator with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous, remote environment
- Fully fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
- Background spanning multiple STEM disciplines — cross-domain thinkers are especially valued
