What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex, nuanced problem statements
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI model reasoning
- Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and depth across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, etc.)
- Strong expertise in one or more of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable working with Python or R for research or data analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
- Exposure to computational biology, systems biology, or related interdisciplinary fields
- Background in academic research, peer review, or scientific writing
