Responsibilities
- Conduct complimentary in-home fitness assessments and confidently sell personal training packages
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging in-home personal training sessions
- Build strong client relationships focused on results, accountability, and retention
- Participate in weekly field marketing and community outreach efforts
- Represent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally while driving the territory and working in clients' homes
- Manage your schedule and appointments independently and responsibly
- Support the growth of the team as the business expands (future opportunity)
Qualifications
- Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) from an accredited organization or commitment to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
- CPR certification
- Some experience in personal training or a strong foundation in fitness
- Comfort with sales conversations and closing during the assessment process
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and willingness to drive a company van
- Availability to work occasional evenings and some weekend hours
