What You'll Do As a Master Trainer, you'll be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. You'll: Conduct complimentary in-home fitness assessments and identify client goals, challenges, and needsRecommend appropriate personal training solutions and confidently close sales Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessionsBuild strong relationships focused on results, accountability, and retentionIdentify opportunities for semi-private and group trainingParticipate in weekly field marketing and community outreachRepresent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally in clients' homes and throughout the territoryManage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up independentlyHelp support the growth of the team and territory as the business expands We believe in consultative sales, not pressure sales. What You'll Need Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) from an accredited organizationCPR/AED certificationExperience in personal training or a strong foundation in fitnessComfort with sales conversations and closing during the assessment processValid driver's license and good driving recordReliable transportationAvailability for occasional evenings and some weekend hours This is a mobile role. You'll have the autonomy to manage your day, but you'll also be trusted to represent GYMGUYZ professionally in homes and communities throughout Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware counties.
