Master Trainer — B.Sc. / BBA Facility Management

The Rajendra & Ursula Joshi Foundation (JCF) supports practical education and professional action competence. As Knowledge-Partners of an Indian Skill Development University, they follow the principles and principles of the Swiss dual education system. With DualEdu Bridge India, JCF aims to establish a sustainable vocational education system after the Swiss model in India. Working closely with Swiss professionals, BSDU offers practice-oriented and labor market-oriented training programs and continuously develops its educational offerings.

About the role

We are looking for an engaged, flexible, reliable, and open-minded individual for the exciting position of Master Trainer - B.Sc. / BBA Facility Management. This part-time position is based in Jaipur, India, with 80-90% commitment, and is temporary. You will be involved in the development and continuous improvement of the B.Sc. / BBA Facility Management study program. Your responsibilities include:

• Facilitation and coaching of faculty members
• Safeguarding and developing the quality of training according to BSDU standards
• Development of practice-oriented teaching and training concepts
• Promotion of cooperation with industrial partners and support for internships and practical projects
• Participation in strategic development projects of the university

Requirements

Master's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Building Technology, Infrastructure Management, or a comparable field. More than 5 years of professional and leadership experience in Facility Management or a related field. Experience in training and coaching of professionals is advantageous. Excellent communication, coaching, and counseling skills. Very good German and English proficiency (at least level B2). Interpersonal openness, high self-reliance, and independent working style. Willingness to undertake multi-month stays in India.
