Master Trainer — Bachelor Hotel Management
The Rajendra & Ursula Joshi Foundation (JCF) supports practical education and professional action competence. As Knowledge-Partners of an Indian Skill Development University, they follow the principles and principles of the Swiss dual education system. With DualEdu Bridge India, JCF aims to establish a sustainable vocational education system after the Swiss model in India. In close cooperation with Swiss professional and teaching personnel, BSDU offers practice-oriented and labor market-oriented training programs and continuously develops its educational offer.
About the role
We are looking for an engaged, flexible, reliable, and open-minded personality for this exciting position of Master Trainer - Bachelor Hotel Management, Switzerland-Jaipur, part-time 80-90%. The position involves a challenging and varied activity in an international environment, with the opportunity to actively shape the development and expansion of an innovative study program.
Responsibilities
- Fundamental and pedagogical support of the school leadership in the development and continuous improvement of the Bachelor's study program in Hotel Management
- Training, coaching, and support of teaching staff and implementation of the BSDU framework plan
- Facilitation of partnerships with industry partners from the hotel and tourism sectors
- Regular reporting to superiors
Requirements
- A university degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional and leadership experience in the hospitality industry, in the hospitality or education sector
- Experience in training, guiding, and developing employees or teaching staff
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and counseling skills
- Very good German and English language skills (minimum level B2)
- Cultural openness, high sense of responsibility, and independent working style
- Willingness to undertake multi-month assignments in India
