About the role

This Master Technician role is ideal for top-tier professionals seeking a fast-paced environment with limitless opportunities—handling over 1,000 cars per month—and competitive rewards ($50+ an hour flat rate).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components/systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about their vehicle status.
• Provide timely and comprehensive estimates for repair time.
• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring alignment with state and manufacturer standards.
• Conduct multi-point inspections on each vehicle.

Requirements

• Broad experience in all areas of automotive service and repair.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Dependable with a clean and valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Process and detail-oriented.
• Ambitious with a desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master ASE Certification.
• Virginia State Inspector Certification.
• Emission Repair Technician Certification.
• Automotive technician experience or equivalent education.

Pay
