Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice to join a franchise that values customer satisfaction and professional growth. This role involves tackling challenges head-on, finding solutions, and making things right while working both independently and with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and resolving issues with garage doors and associated equipment on-site
• Advising customers on repair options and ways to prevent future problems
• Utilizing the company's proven model to sell services, repairs, and new equipment
• Managing inventory and equipment in your provided vehicle

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and technical skills are advantageous
• Ability to independently lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency with computers/tablets and hand tools

Compensation

Competitive pay that will meet or beat any trade. During your 90-day training period you will receive hourly training pay. After training, you will receive commissions on the work you complete. Most technicians make between $80,000 and $120,000 per year.
