Master Technician

About the role

Master technicians are essential members of our team, responsible for maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment. They must possess extensive knowledge and experience in their field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment as needed
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians
• Document work procedures and maintenance schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Strong analytical and mechanical skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD)
• Experience with industrial automation systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
