Roles And Responsibilities

• Detect and resolve vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
• Perform complex removal, replacement, and diagnostic work on various systems.
• Train and mentor team members in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Assist with daily operations such as pricing work orders, part requisitioning, and supervision.
• Support other team members as needed and perform additional tasks to ensure excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and operate machinery and tools safely.
• Operate diagnostic and repair equipment, including scan tools and smoke machines.
• Maintain personal and company-provided tools for effective job performance.

Experience And Education

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
• Certified Master Technician with advanced knowledge and skills in automotive maintenance, removal, replacement, and diagnostics.
• ASE Certifications in one or more of the following areas: Suspension & Steering, Brakes, Heating & Air Conditioning, Refrigerant Recovery & Recycling, Engine Repair, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Engine Performance, Auto Advanced Engine Performance, Automatic Transmission/Transaxle, Manual Drive Train & Axles.
• Valid driver’s license required.
