- Resolve problems with existing parts.
- Train new hires.
- Provide ongoing training.
Main responsibilities
- Develop new parts.
- Support Engineering in DFM reviews.
- Complete and/or support set up of new parts.
- Support engineering and quality on resolution of production issues.
- Resolve problems with existing parts.
- Liaison between Forming and Engineering on parts which do not run effectively.
- Assist with problem solving the tooling/set up issue.
- Troubleshoot machine related issues in collaboration with maintenance.
- Train new hires.
- Support development of training plan.
- Directly train or assign trainer for new hire.
- Evaluate new hire development and advise management on changes to training plan.
- Provide Ongoing Training.
- Assess current forming operators.
- Support development of training plan.
- Directly train or assign trainer for current forming operators.
- Support evaluation team member development and advise management on changes to training plans.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of fastener experience.
- Expertise on multiple forming platforms.
