Master Technician

About the role

The European Master Technician is responsible for providing high-level technical support and expertise to clients across various industries. They are expected to troubleshoot complex issues, provide training, and maintain a positive client relationship.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' systems and equipment
• Train clients on best practices and new technologies
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
