Responsibilities
- Performs the necessary technical services at customer sites for installation, and/or servicing of products.
- Travel will be required.
- Trouble shoot and repair as needed.
- Render on-site and phone technical assistance.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines for expense reports, mileage reports, Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, Timesheets, etc.
- Focus on personal development within the required work schedules.
- Operate in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines.
- Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as assigned.
Qualifications
- Technical Qualifications - Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Basic Mathematical & Analytical Skills - Performing operations in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
- Will require proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools.
- Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
- Active Listening - Giving full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify potential problems and solutions.
