Master Service Technician

About the role

Tampa Honda, a Best Dealership to Work For since 2023, 2024, and 2025, is seeking a Master Technician to join their high-performing service team. The ideal candidate will have ASE Master Certification or Honda/Acura Master Certification, strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience with Honda/Acura systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and high-quality repairs in a professional dealership environment
• Complete complex repairs with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Full-time availability in a dealership service department
• Familiarity with OEM tools, service information, and repair procedures
• Professional communication with advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
• ASE Master Certification or Honda/Acura Master Certification
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Honda/Acura systems preferred
