Pay
Estimated annual base pay: $72,000.00 (minimum) - $93,000.00 (midpoint) - $115,000.00 (maximum).

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive master production schedules to ensure timely product availability aligned with demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to synchronize production activities and address scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
- Monitor inventory levels, adjust production plans as necessary, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
- Analyze production data and workflows to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing lead times, and enhancing overall schedule reliability.
- Prepare and distribute detailed scheduling reports to stakeholders, communicating changes or potential delays to ensure alignment.
Skills
- Production Planning: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet organizational goals and customer demand.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize scheduling.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in scheduling and ERP software, such as SAP or Oracle, for accurate production schedule management.
- Communication Skills: Coordinate with departments, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address scheduling issues promptly to minimize production disruptions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of production scheduling and anticipate potential issues.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain efficient production flow.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement scheduling process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate labor, materials, and machinery to meet production demands.
- Adaptability: Adjust to changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving business needs.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production scheduling
- Experience in production, manufacturing, repair, and overhaul
- Experience in purchasing
