Master Scheduler
About the role
You will develop, maintain and adjust daily, weekly and monthly production schedules based on customer demand, capacity and material availability.
Coordinate with production, procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion.
Partner with production teams to ensure materials, tooling, and resources are available, prioritize jobs based on business priorities, and communicate schedule changes to appropriate stakeholders to meet production schedules and customer demand.
Track production performance metrics (on time delivery, schedule adherence, capacity utilization)
Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere scheduling efficiency and reduce lead time when possible.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Possess three to five (3-5) years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an operations/manufacturing environment
- Minimum of an associate's degree preferably bachelor's degree in manufacturing focused area
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, routing, and capacity planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to effectively communicate and up, down and across the organization
- Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, ERP / MRP systems experience required
Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Knowledge of inventory management and demand planning

Pay
The salary range for this role is $69,750-$102,300.
