Job Summary
The Master Production Scheduler at GTI will develop, maintain, and execute the master production schedule (MPS), ensuring alignment across customer demand, materials availability, production capacity, and shop-floor execution systems. This role involves balancing efficiency, cost, and delivery commitments while owning every detail of GTI's production processes.

This position requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented leader with experience coordinating across engineering, procurement, supply chain, and plant operations in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute the master production schedule (MPS)
- Ensure alignment across customer demand, materials availability, production capacity, and shop-floor execution systems
- Balance efficiency, cost, and delivery commitments
- Owning every detail of GTI's production processes
- Coordinate across engineering, procurement, supply chain, and plant operations
Requirements
- Experience coordinating across engineering, procurement, supply chain, and plant operations
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environments
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing operations, or related field
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
