About the role
The Master’s Social Worker for Adult Partial/IOP reports to the Program Coordinator and provides individual, group, and family psychotherapeutic treatment to patients and their families. In an outpatient psychiatric setting, the role delivers a wide variety of direct social work services for a complex caseload, including psychological assessment, active treatment, discharge planning, case management, and related documentation, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapeutic treatment
- Conduct psychological assessments
- Deliver active treatment interventions
- Perform discharge planning and case management
- Complete related documentation in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4–6 years of relevant work experience
