Master Maintenance Technician
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with robotics and automated manufacturing equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Ability to use various types of tools including volt-meter and equipment necessary (manual, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic)
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
About the Role
JAC Products is seeking a Master Maintenance Technician to join our team in Shelby Twp., MI. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic equipment. They will also program and troubleshoot PLC systems, maintain and set up machinery, assist with equipment installations, and train and mentor Maintenance Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic equipment
- Program and troubleshoot PLC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance safely and efficiently
- Maintain, set up and operate machinery equipment including lathe mill, surface grinder, etc.
- Aid with equipment installations and improvement projects
- Advance fabrication of parts and equipment
- Maintain parts inventory for common replaceable items and daily recordkeeping within JAC Products CMMS
- Train, mentor and support Maintenance Technicians
