Master Level Therapist (Savannah)

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Master’s Level Therapist to provide mental health and substance abuse counseling services to adult clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, knowledge of ASAM criteria, co-occurring disorders, crisis intervention, and individualized treatment planning. This role involves conducting assessments, facilitating therapy sessions, coordinating care, and supporting clients on their path to recovery and wellness. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide individual, group, and family therapy for clients experiencing mental health and substance use disordersMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency, state, and federal standardsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as neededProvide crisis intervention and relapse prevention supportCollaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, medical providers, and community resources to coordinate client careEducate clients and families on mental health, addiction, coping strategies, and recovery resourcesMaintain confidentiality and ethical standards in compliance with HIPAA and professional licensing regulationsParticipate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health fieldExperience working with mental health and/or substance abuse populations preferredKnowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and 12 Steps.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred Experience Co-occurring disorders treatmentPartial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive outpatient (IOP), or outpatient behavioral health servicesCrisis stabilization or community mental health experienceElectronic Health Record (EHR) documentation systems Schedule Tuesday–FridayEvening hours may be required based on client needs(4) 10 hour shifts T-F [10am-830pm w/30m meal] Texting Privacy Policy And Information Message type: Informational; you will receive text messages regarding your application and potentially regarding interview scheduling.No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
