Master's Level Therapist

About the role

Weber Human Services (WHS), located in Ogden, Utah, serves a growing urban population in Weber and Morgan Counties. WHS is the only organization in Utah providing substance abuse, mental health, and senior services under a single administration. As a clinician, you will deliver therapeutic practices based on scientific evidence, complete assessments, develop diagnoses, and create individual recovery plans. The role offers daily opportunities to directly impact clients’ lives while working with supportive colleagues and receiving high-quality supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical assessments for clients
• Develop diagnoses and individualized recovery plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Engage in Agency driving as required
• Work two evenings per week until 7 PM

Requirements

• Current Utah license as a CSW/LCSW, ACMHC/CMHC, or AMFT/LMFT in good standing
• Must maintain licensure by meeting all CEU requirements
• Valid Utah driver license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to commit to obtaining full licensure within 2 years of hire if hired on an interim basis (CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field
• Approved by DOPL as a trainee (intern) in social work
