Master Heating Technician

About the role

One Stop Home Repair is 100% employee owned and growing, and we’re looking for a Master Heating Technician to join our team. Ideal candidates are experienced oil and/or propane technicians who take pride in high-quality work, represent the company with professionalism, and enjoy helping customers stay safe and warm.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain oil and propane heating systems in residential settings
• Perform annual cleanings, tune-ups, and safety checks
• Install boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and related components
• Complete accurate service documentation and estimates
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Follow all safety policies, codes, and best practices
• Participate in the on-call rotation (with additional call-out pay)

Requirements

• Master Oil Burner Technician License and/or Propane & Natural Gas License (Maine credentials required)
• Minimum 3–5 years of residential service experience
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Clean and valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• $34–$40 per hour based on experience and licenses
