Master Data Management Leader

About the role

The Master Data Management Analyst at Tiger Analytics will define, design, and build dimensional databases to meet business needs. They will assist in the application and implementation of data standards and guidelines, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and build dimensional databases to meet business needs
• Aid in the application and implementation of data standards and guidelines
• Ensure data security and integrity through data transformation and conversion
• Work on ETL processes and advanced SQL skills
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document, and map source to target systems
• Implement conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling concepts and database design principles
• Work in an Agile methodology environment

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Master Data Management, including Meta-Data Management, Data Migration, Data Security, and Data Transformation/Conversion
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain
• Intermediate skills in Requirements Gathering/Elicitation, Documentation, and Source to Target mapping
• Working knowledge of SAP MDG
• Practical experience in Agile Methodology

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience, stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience in the Analytics field. Commensurate with experience.

Skills

Advanced SQL skills, proficiency in data modeling, and experience with Agile methodologies are essential.
