About the Role
We are one of Stockton's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies, providing quality craftsmanship for homes and businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated professional Master Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. The AHS Master Craftsman is our company’s best craftsman, certified in Lead Safe, WEDI, Onyx, and other products. This role involves diagnosing, assessing, and directing other craftsmen, often remotely, while overseeing the execution of our system in the field.
The Master Craftsman serves as a COACH (Diagnose, Assess, and Direct), provides oversight, and responds effectively to difficult situations. This is a leadership position for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform all types of quality handyman repairs, including:
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Tile work
- Basic plumbing and electrical
- Meet the criteria of an AHS lead man, including:
- Diagnosing, assessing, and directing other craftsmen over the phone
- Overseeing the execution of the AHS system in the field
- Certified application of products such as WEDI, Onyx, and Hale Pet Doors
- Certified in LEAD Safe protocols
- Responding effectively to difficult situations
Requirements
- 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience
- Own truck or van and tools
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable
- Knowledgeable in multiple trades

Pay
$34.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekend work)
