Job Duties
Meets the criteria of an AHS lead man plus other key attributes as described above.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform all types of quality handyman repairs.
- Carpentry.
- Drywall repair.
- Painting.
- Tile work.
- Basic plumbing and electrical.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience.
- Own wide variety of tools.
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Collaborative, optimistic, reliable.
- Knowledgeable in multiple trades.
