Job Duties

Meets the criteria of an AHS lead man plus other key attributes as described above.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs.
• Carpentry.
• Drywall repair.
• Painting.
• Tile work.
• Basic plumbing and electrical.
• Leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience.
• Own truck or van and tools.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable.
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades.

About the Role

We are one of Traverse City top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies and have provided homes and businesses throughout Traverse City with quality craftsmanship for all of their handyman needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Master Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

Skills

The AHS Master Craftsman is the best Craftsman (master of the trade) our company has to offer to our clients. He has certifications in Lead Safe, WEDI, Onyx, etc. and other products. He has been consistent over time in craftsmanship and in executing systems. He has demonstrated ability as a competent craftsman and lead man. He is able to Diagnose, Assess, and Direct other craftsmen over the phone without being on the jobsite.
