About the Role
The Department of Cardiology at the Smidt Heart Institute, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, is seeking an exceptional Master Clinician in Cardiology to join its nationally recognized cardiovascular program. This role is designed for a distinguished physician leader who embodies clinical excellence, innovation, and mentorship in advancing cardiovascular medicine. The Master Clinician will serve as a senior member of the Department of Cardiology, delivering outstanding patient-centered care while contributing to the advancement of cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment across the breadth of cardiology. This individual will play a key role in complex case management, multidisciplinary care, and clinical mentorship across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding patient-centered care in cardiology.
- Contribute to the advancement of cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment.
- Lead complex case management and multidisciplinary care initiatives.
- Provide clinical mentorship across the enterprise.
- Engage in academic medicine, clinical program development, and collaborative practice.
Requirements
- MD or equivalent degree.
- Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease.
- National or international recognition for clinical excellence in cardiology.
- Demonstrated breadth of clinical expertise across the field of cardiovascular care.
- Proven leadership in academic medicine, clinical program development, or multidisciplinary care models.
- Strong commitment to mentorship, teaching, and collaborative practice.
Pay
Total cash compensation range: $539,000.00 - $837,000.00. The total pay range includes base pay and any applicable incentive payments. Cedars-Sinai offers a comprehensive faculty benefits package.
