Massage Therapy Practicum Instructor, Part-Time Faculty (non-credit)

About the role

The Community College of Philadelphia’s Division of Workforce Development is seeking a dedicated Massage Therapy Practicum (Bodywork) Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supervised practicum courses within the non-credit Massage Therapy Program.
• Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and evaluation of student performance in both clinical and simulated settings.

Required Qualifications

• A High School Diploma required.
• Licensed Massage Therapist (PA) required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
• Proven ability to teach and support students of all skill levels.
• Demonstrated commitment to working with diverse populations, including under-resourced and first-generation students.

Preferred Qualifications

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience teaching massage therapy, preferably in an educational or community college setting.
