Massage Therapist - with Sign On Bonus

About the role

We are hiring for Full Time and Part Time Massage Therapists at The Woodhouse Spa, voted America’s best day spa by American Spa Magazine. Share your unique talents and professionalism with us, and we will train you in “The Woodhouse Way”.

Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols
• Fully prepare each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
• Educate the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommend products for home use
• Talk up all the other great services we offer and provide enhancement treatments
• Have a most recent and up-to-date massage license (VA required)
• Be a steward of the Woodhouse Brand, ensuring all treatment areas are prepared to Woodhouse standards
• Always improve skills by attending continuing education classes

Requirements

• Passion-filled, enthusiastic individuals driven by intention and guided by excellence
• A willingness to serve and the ability to deliver
• A most recent and up-to-date massage license (VA required)

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Positive attitude and a desire to provide exceptional guest experiences

Skills

• Proficiency in performing various massage techniques
• Knowledge of spa products and services
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organization

Pay

Competitive commission-based pay and incentive programs

Schedule

Expected shifts are 10-6pm or 12-8pm depending on business needs.
