About the Role
We are growing rapidly and seek Licensed Massage Therapists to provide exceptional massage therapy services to seniors, their families, and employees in our communities.
Responsibilities
- Offer a variety of massage services including Swedish, reflexology, shiatsu, and geriatric massage
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and encouraged to return for additional treatments
- Provide hair, nail, skin, and massage services
- Communicate effectively and show compassion and care
- Experience working with seniors is a plus
Requirements
- Active State License (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred but not required
- Good standing and adherence to RSS policies and protocols
- Eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1,000 in installments
Qualifications
- CARES certification (if applicable)
- Successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols
- Effective utilization of RSS systems
