About the role
Treatment of clients through massage therapy to relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries, improve circulation, reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and contribute to overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Treat clients with professionalism and respect.
- Participate as a member of the health care team.
- Provide compassionate care in accordance with the hospital’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Massage Therapy.
- Washington Licensed Massage Therapist upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 2 years of Massage therapy experience.
Qualifications
- Certified in manual therapy, strain-counterstrain, myofascial release upon hire.
- Experience working with acute injuries or the injured workers population.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques.
