Massage Therapist

Job Description

As a Massage Therapist, you will administer professional massage and body treatments to our guests. You will help guests relax, recharge, and feel their best. In our world-class spa environment, you can focus on your craft while providing an exceptional experience every time.

Qualifications

• Ability to create customized treatment plans
• Understanding of contraindications and safety standards
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional bedside manner and client service orientation
• Respect for client confidentiality and boundaries
• Ability to work independently or as part of the team
• Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge
• Must be a team player

Requirements

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Follow instructions without close supervision
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
• Must meet all licensing requirements to practice Massage Therapy in the state of Tennessee
