Responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy.
• Inform guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa.
• Communicate clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service.
• Offer sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty.
• Be knowledgeable of all products and provide customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise.
• Prepare a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommended for their homecare.

Requirements

• Must have a Massage License in the State of Wisconsin.
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
• Sunday availability required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

The position offers a competitive commission based on a percentage of individual sales. The specific commission earned may be influenced by a variety of factors.

Schedule

This is a part‑time position, working weekdays and weekends with shifts varying between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
