Responsibilities

• Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
• Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
• Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
• Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
• Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
• Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommend for their homecare

Requirements

• Must have a Massage License in the State of Wisconsin
• No experience required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Skills

This role requires a strong understanding of massage therapy and the ability to communicate effectively with guests.

Pay

The competitive commission range for this position is based on percent of individual sales.

Schedule

This is a casual part-time opportunity, with shifts varying 2 nights a week, 2 weekends a month, and a mix of day shifts between 7:00am and 9:00pm.
