Massage Therapist - On Call

About the role

A massage therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional massage and body treatments. This position will undergo a focused training program that is flexible to progress at the pace of each ideal candidate based on their skillset, experience, and process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional massage and body treatments
• Participate in a focused training program
• Work part-time and on-call positions with potential to advance to full-time
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current and valid Arizona Massage Therapist License
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Confident technical skills and strong educational background
• Exceptional team player with a positive attitude
• Time management awareness and organizational skills
• High standard of tidiness and sanitation awareness

• Strong educational background
• Ability to adjust techniques based on guest intake assessment, treatment indicators, and contraindications
• Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Availability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
