About the Role

The Global Ambassador is the newest addition to Author & Edit, a growing collection of hospitality experiences by restaurant innovator, Sam Fox. This 141-room hotel features five uniquely inspired dining experiences, an exclusive member's club, and a bespoke fitness and wellness center. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Massage Therapist to join our wellness team, contributing to an unrivaled luxury hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized body treatments tailored to the needs and preferences of guests and members.
• Actively listen and respond positively to guest and member questions, concerns, and requests.
• Handle sensitive issues with staff and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene environment in treatment rooms and wellness areas.
• Learn and master spa treatments and product lines.
• Adhere to scheduled appointments and maintain punctuality.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, restock linens and products, and ensure treatment rooms are prepared for services.
• Perform consecutive services within pre-determined timeframes while maintaining client modesty, safety, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Arizona Massage Therapy license.
• 3+ years of professional massage experience, preferably in a spa environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for wellness and commitment to providing exceptional guest and member experiences.
