Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massage to patients under the supervision of licensed physical and occupational therapists.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and therapists.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a clean, professional work environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• A licensed and insured Florida Massage Therapist (LMT).
• A focus on medical massage, trigger point therapy, or neuromuscular re-education (preferred, but not required).
• A self-starter who handles their own scheduling, billing, and client retention.
• A positive, professional demeanor who values a collaborative clinic culture.
• Knowledge of other modalities/certifications a plus.
• A strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness of patients.
• Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.
• A customer service-oriented approach.
• A positive attitude.
• A team player.

Terms

• We are offering a flat monthly room rental fee (competitive for the DeLand area). This allows you to keep 100% of your earnings and control your own schedule.
