Responsibilities

• Deliver Excellence: Provide high-quality massage and body treatment services tailored to each client’s needs.
• Client-Focused Care: Greet guests with a warm welcome, assess their needs, suggest appropriate treatments, and ensure a relaxing, personalized spa experience.
• Consult & Educate: Help clients understand the benefits of different therapies and provide helpful recommendations for their wellness journey.
• Maintain Perfect Records: Use client intake forms and SOAP notes to record treatments, allergies, medications, and preferences for future reference.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep current with any changes in licensing regulations for the state of Oklahoma and stay on top of wellness trends to offer guests the latest treatments.
• Promote Sales & Retail Goals: Pursue daily sales goals with enthusiasm, including recommending and selling retail products that align with the treatments you provide.
• Provide Spa-mazing Service: Always maintain a clean and inviting workspace, assist guests with special requests, and ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Work Closely with Co-workers: Collaborate with fellow therapists, front desk staff, and management to provide a smooth and memorable spa experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Licensed Massage Therapist: Current license and certification in the state of Oklahoma.
• Therapeutic Skills: Experience with various massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, and more.
• Guest-Centric Attitude: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering a world-class spa experience.
• Self-Starter: Motivated to achieve sales targets and contribute to the spa’s success.
• Team Player: Willing to collaborate with fellow therapists, front desk staff, and management to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.
• Positive & Professional: An upbeat attitude with a professional approach to both guests and coworkers.
• Willing to Learn: Must be open to continuing education, learning new techniques, and staying on top of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Therapist Skills: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Body Scrubs, Hand and Foot Treatments, and more.
• Massage Equipment: Familiarity with Electric Massage Tables, Stone Warmers, Hot Towel Cabinets, Hydraulic Tables, Paraffin Heaters, and other spa equipment.
