Duties
- Perform various types of massages including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques
- Congduct patient assessments to determine the most suitable massage treatments
- Provide exceptional patient service and care during massage sessions
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in patient interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Must have a valid state massage therapy license
- Must be punctual and professional with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Able to conduct physical examinations for massage suitability
- Strong skills in acute pain management
- Excellent patient assessment capabilities
- Prior experience in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy is preferred
Pay Structure (1099)
- Guaranteed base pay of $1260 per week
- Base is calculated at $45/patient visit for a minimum of 7 patients per day
- $45 per additional patient visit for any visits beyond the daily base of 7
