Responsibilities

• Offer massage therapy services
• Ensure compliance with licensing and insurance requirements
• Handle booking, laundry, and other support processes
• Participate in ongoing training with the Massage Therapist Educator
• Engage in self-care practices
• Support career advancement opportunities
• Work flexible hours to support career longevity
• Handle paid CEUs both online and in-person
• Support staff with leadership and mentorship

Requirements

• Completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program
• Hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification
• Be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to working at the studio

$45 - $60/hour including tips
