Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to patient conditions and treatment plans
- Perform assessments of muscle tension, range of motion, and pain areas
- Apply techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and relaxation massage
- Support rehabilitation plans in coordination with physical and occupational therapists
- Document treatments, patient responses, and progress accurately in the EHR
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Ensure proper sanitation and infection control practices
- Communicate with providers and clinical team regarding patient progress or concerns
- Adhere to clinic policies, scope of practice, and regulatory requirements

- Support pain reduction and functional recovery goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Contribute to interdisciplinary care coordination
- Promote patient satisfaction and positive experience

Position Requirements
- Knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and anatomy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and adapt treatment approaches
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Time management and scheduling efficiency
- Understanding of rehabilitation and occupational health concepts preferred
- Completion of accredited massage therapy program
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience preferred
- Experience working with injury rehabilitation or occupational health patients preferred
- Active Massage Therapy license/certification in good standing
- Experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or medical massage preferred
- Familiarity with EHR documentation systems preferred
- Knowledge of contraindications and safety precautions
Compensation
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
