Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay exceeds expectations
• Participate in team meetings to discuss guest feedback and service improvements
• Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas
• Support the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for creating memorable experiences for guests

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Pay

The expected base wage range for this position is: $16.90 per hour, or other minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction.
