Massage Therapist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team at Performance Optimal Health. Our mission is to empower clients to lead healthier lives through a holistic approach that includes exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized wellness solutions to clients based on their Optimal Health Assessment
• Tailor treatment plans to address clients' health conditions
• Educate clients on how massage therapy can contribute to their overall health and encourage engagement in other wellness services
• Communicate with fellow providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care
• Transcribe and communicate client history and massage therapy services provided
• Work flexibly, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Travel between Performance locations as needed

Requirements

• Licensed Massage Therapist with accreditation by the Commission on Massage Therapy (COMPTA) or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn and innovate
• Able to work a flexible schedule
