What You Will Have an Opportunity To Do
- Maintain clean and organized work area.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Cookordination, organization, and carrying out massage services.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, be personable and helpful to clients.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of use and maintenance of spa facility and services offered.
What are we looking for?
- A valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with local/state regulations.
- Proficiency in various massage therapy techniques.
- Previous experience as a massage therapist; preferably in a Day Spa environment.
- Excellent communication skills; able to speak, read, & write English; able to discuss with clients and provide clear explanations of service.
- A personable, customer-centric attitude; providing a friendly and professional demeanor to build client trust & loyalty.
- Listening skills to understand client needs/requests and ensure a positive experience.
About The Role
The Massage Therapist is an integral member of the Spa team, responsible for performing professional, high-quality massages and body treatments, ensuring the highest standards of service. The role is to assess clients’ needs and provide treatment plans to promote relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. This individual is part of a customer facing team of health and wellness professionals who work collaboratively to ensure all client satisfaction and build loyalty for resort guests and local residents.
Compensation
$70.00 - $40.00
