Job Summary
About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide various types of massage to clients.
- Ensure timely start and completion of appointments.
- Perform demonstration massage to attract clients and promote massage in the Wellness Center and at client and community events.
- Maintain a clean and orderly massage room.
- Conduct monthly inventory of supplies, products, and equipment.
- Practice proper safety and sanitation skills.
- Be flexible and accommodating to Wellness Center hours, work schedules, and client appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with spa and fitness professionals to create a seamless and memorable spa experience for clients.
- Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and wellness trends to continuously enhance skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- CMST - Certified Massage Therapist.
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation.
- First Aid Certification.
Skills
- Proven communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Knowledge of latest massage techniques and wellness trends.
- Ability to be flexible and accommodating.
