Responsibilities Include Perform massage therapy services in accordance with Pennsylvania State Board of Massage Therapy regulationsProvide professional, compassionate care to residents, team members, and community clientsMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization standards in the massage therapy areaKeep treatment rooms organized, welcoming, and professionalSchedule appointments and process payments through the point-of-sale systemCommunicate product and supply needs to the Salon Services ManagerReport any resident health or safety concerns to the appropriate team membersReturn personal belongings, such as eyeglasses and hearing aids, following servicesFollow emergency procedures and respond appropriately to emergency situationsMaintain safe work practices and comply with departmental policies and procedures Why Messiah Lifeways? Qualifications Required: Current Pennsylvania Massage Therapist LicenseExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to build positive relationships with clients, residents, and team membersBasic computer skills and comfort using scheduling and point-of-sale systemsStrong professional, ethical, and client-focused approach Preferred Previous massage therapy experienceExperience working with older adultsExperience building and maintaining a client base
