About the role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Massage Therapist to join our spa team. You will provide a variety of massage and spa treatments tailored to each guest's needs while maintaining a clean, safe, and relaxing atmosphere. Your role is crucial in ensuring every guest leaves feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage and spa services in accordance with established protocols
• Customize treatments based on client needs, preferences, and health conditions
• Prepare treatment rooms with proper supplies and maintain cleanliness standards
• Review client intake forms and communicate effectively to ensure safe, comfortable services
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
• Promote and recommend retail spa products to enhance the guest experience
• Assist with laundry and general spa upkeep
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership

Requirements

• Current Virginia State Massage Therapy License (in good standing)
• Must be at least 21 years old

Desired

• Previous experience working in a resort or spa setting
