About the role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our team at Heights Wellness Retreats. Our mission is to provide premium massage and skincare therapy alongside innovative hands-free therapies in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths
• Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated – every time they visit

Requirements

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy
• Pass background checks
• Able to perform full-body 50-minute massage services
• A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care
• Excellent at guest communication

Qualifications

• Seasoned or newly licensed therapist
• Reliable and independent

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

• 5 six-hour shifts, with breaks
• 1 weekend shift
• 2 Evening Shifts
